Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the HR Regulatory Operations team with timely and consistent execution, maintenance, and enhancement of process and control requirements.
Requires a high level of awareness and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
Includes periodic monitoring, testing, and audits of end-to-end processes and partnership across multiple functional areas.
Assists in the identification of compliance issues, as well as efficient execution of issue resolution.
Process areas include, but are not limited to, employment eligibility, employee information requests, employee notices, unemployment claims, affirmative action, and NMLS administration.
Actively manages and escalates risk within the day-to-day role to management.
