Responsibilities

Own full invitation processes for select events including engagement with CxO customers, internal stakeholders and cross functional partners

Campaign creation, crafting invites, invitation delivery, follow-up, attendee tracking and response management

Work on multiple, simultaneous programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.

Required

3+ years of relevant professional experience

Strong attention to detail

Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously

Excellent, executive verbal and written communication skills

Experience using Salesforce and Asana

Exemplary communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers

Must have skills: Slack, Google Suite, Salesforce, Splash, attention to detail, bias for action, organized, process oriented.
