Responsibilities
Experience with overseeing Data Center services providers for compute and storage supporting 24/7 environments.
Experience overseeing infrastructure and operations resources.
Experience establishing goals and objectives for maintaining the infrastructure, security, and Operation.
Lead, plans, and assigns work for Server Support, Physical Database, and application teams that support Operation systems and databases.
Assist IT manager with oversight of two Data Center Services providers which are responsible for supporting computing, security, and storage components.
Oversees multiple audits annually. Leads major projects for Operations which include migrations of Data Center hardware and software upgrades. Review legislative and business requirements for impact to TIERS.
Reviews and approves Operations documentation which includes the Security Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, Operational Procedures and Monthly Maintenance plan.
Provides technical expertise, as a member of the Operations management team, on changes with ecosystem, including the design and development of new technology, security events, and root cause analysis of all severity events.
Experience with 24/7 on call support.

Preferred
Experience managing Archer GRC.
Experience ITIL - ticketing using Remedy and ServiceNow.
Experience in delivering technical training in cloud‐ based technology is a plus.
Experience with DevOps and DevOp tools.
