Responsibilities
Analyze accounts to determine disconnection eligibility based on Texas PUC rules.
Execute transactions and manage parameters for automated disconnect processes.
Run reports in CCS-SAP and BW to support disconnect and reconnect monitoring.
Analyze BW reports to identify and resolve accounts failing to progress through to TDSP.
Take corrective actions on failed reconnect accounts to ensure timely service restoration.
Communicate with management regarding special cases outside standard procedures.
Resolve issues with distribution companies for failed or rejected orders.
Analyze accounts to determine eligibility for balance transfers from inactive to active accounts.
Ensure accuracy in the execution of automatic disconnect and MVO/DNP processes.
Research and analyze delinquent accounts to identify reasons for systematic collection failures.
Identify accounts with failed TDSP transactions and take necessary actions.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required if substituting experience for a degree.
At least 2 years of business experience; 6 months of collections experience combined with SAP/CCS experience may substitute.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use good judgment.
Excellent attention to detail, initiative, and self-motivation.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and database tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Competence in basic math for daily calculations (percentages, addition, subtraction, etc.).
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred; experience may substitute for education.
Familiarity with the utility and/or deregulated energy industry is a plus.
