Responsibilities
Contribute to business unit strategy, aligning business development, marketing, and communication efforts with financial and technical goals.
Develop and implement annual goals, ensuring accountability for meeting key deliverables that support the organization’s mission and objectives.
Provide recommendations on positioning RTI-HS to respond proactively to market shifts and new client needs.
Lead initiatives to identify new geographic and technical markets, develop strategic partnerships, and expand RTI-HS’s client base.
Actively represent RTI-HS at events, conferences, and industry associations to promote the organization within the international development and research community.
Lead business development initiatives with key institutional partners, fostering long-term client relationships and expanding RTI-HS’s influence globally.
Lead a high-performing team through effective performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.
Foster a positive team culture that promotes professional growth, high morale, and retention.

Required
Bachelor’s degree with 20 years of directly related experience in the healthcare consulting and/or research industries, or
Master’s degree with 16 years of directly related experience in the healthcare consulting and/or research industries, or
PhD with 12 years of directly related experience in healthcare consulting and/or research industries
A demonstrated record of success in business development within the healthcare consulting or life sciences sector.
Proven track record in managing and growing business portfolios and securing high-value contracts.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and motivating high-performing teams.
Preferred
In-depth knowledge of real-world evidence, market access, health economics, or outcomes research is highly preferred
