Responsibilities
Address and resolve legally sensitive customer complaints.
Provide guidance to internal teams on risk, compliance, trust and safety, and accessibility issues.
Handle small claims and arbitration cases directly.
Manage external counsel for larger, complex litigation matters.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in good standing with at least one State Bar.
A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience at a top-tier law firm, in government, or in-house.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
Flexibility and eagerness to adapt as the company’s legal needs evolve.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, close-knit legal team.
