Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive growth and productivity.
Oversee Outreach’s internal Enterprise Cloud Application Portfolio working to ensure appropriate availability and operability of the systems.
Lead IT operations for all Outreach locations, ensuring superior employee experience as measured by user satisfaction surveys and internal SLAs.
Effectively manage IT-oriented projects organizing business requirements, timelines and scope, and timely delivery based on established milestones.
Manage the inventory of Outreach’s IT assets, ensuring budget compliance, and best practice.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding the effectiveness and progress of business systems and enterprise applications, as well as IT projects and performance.
Efficiently manage Outreach’s global IT budget, anticipating for company growth as required.

Required
Experience and aptitude in managing IT as part of a business strategy.
5+ years of Enterprise Application management experience with responsibility for back and front office infrastructure including marketing, sales, customer support, finance, HR and operations.
5+ years of IT team leadership experience.
Track record of scaling company business services for fast growth across multiple locations.
Detailed knowledge of IT operations processes and technology (i.e. Windows, Mac, servers, storage, networking, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Enterprise SaaS offerings including the Office 365 ecosystem, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Zoom, and Slack.
Experience leading globally dispersed and multi-office customer service delivery teams.
Excellent technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Outstanding internal customer service skills.
