Responsibilities
Assist the marketing team in executing and tracking multi-channel campaigns, including digital, email, and social media.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
Support the content team by organizing editorial calendars, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely publication across channels.
Manage website updates and content upload in collaboration with the Webmaster, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and marketing strategy.
Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, compiling data from various platforms to evaluate campaign performance.
Coordinate the intake and triage of inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up by the sales team and facilitating smooth handoffs to Business Development Representatives and Account Executives.
Provide support for sales meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications, preparing materials and summaries as needed.
Assist in maintaining the CRM (HubSpot preferred), ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and lead assignment.
Assist with lead nurturing activities, such as email follow-ups, targeted messaging, and contact segmentation, to optimize the lead-to-conversion pipeline.
Support the Revenue Ops Lead with reporting and analytics to track the performance of sales initiatives.
Act as a liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring clear communication and alignment on shared initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other events, managing registrations, materials, and event follow-up.
Assist with internal knowledge sharing, and maintaining an organized repository of assets, templates, and resources accessible to both sales and marketing teams.
Manage timelines and deliverables for marketing and sales projects, ensuring key milestones are met.
Track and organize project requests, assigning tasks to team members as needed and following up on progress.
Document and update process workflows, ensuring that sales and marketing processes are streamlined and optimized for efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and/or 5+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, or operations support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus) and basic knowledge of marketing automation tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
