Recruit, lead, and manage local teams in business development, operations, and marketing.

Required
Bilingual Mandarin and English
Exceptional problem-solving and coordination abilities; able to navigate fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to challenges.
Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and willingness to travel.
Passion for FMCG and retail; knowledge of global market trends is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier U.S. school, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in business development or related fields.
