Responsibilities

Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering- You’ll be a go-to resource for our clients within 30 days and an IT subject matter expert for your Rippling colleagues within 60 days.

Be a trusted implementation partner to our clients:

You’ll need to understand the client’s current technology requirements as it relates to Rippling.

You’ll need to guide the customer to install and adopt Rippling’s IT solutions

You’ll need to train the customer on Rippling IT products

You’ll work closely with Implementation and the rest of the Customer Experience organization to ensure the client is set up for success.

Partner with our Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to evolve our process and product

Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices.
