Responsibilities

Category expert on products, planograms, competition, trends, and growth opportunities

Identify and plan for sales growth strategies inclusive of new business development

Maximize key seasons and brand awareness with off shelf promotional placement partnered with marketing activation by retailer

Bottoms-up item level forecast by retailer for planogram and promotional performance

Proven ability to articulate key product benefits and position differentiation against competition

Establish, manage, and track timelines for on-time deliverables

Monthly sales reporting and 30/60/90 day business planning

Review business plans with SVP of Sales and align on all forecasts

Manage retailer requests, marketing reviews, product feedback, and inventory needs

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field

5+ years in Retail, Sales, and/or Merchandising preferred emphasis on Beauty

Proven track record of sales performance

Experience working with Walmart and/or other National Accounts

Strong people, listening, communication, and presentation skills

Proven organizational, negotiation, category management, and business planning skills

Cultivate strong working relationships with retailers, brokers, and cross functionally within Dashing Diva. (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Creative)

Strategic thinker with ability to think on your feet and pivot to contingency plans

Professional decorum with all customers and leadership

Retail Financial Acumen – (Budget, Forecasting, Promotional ROI Analysis)

Advanced analytical skills and proficient computer skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Strong conceptual, problem solving, and analytics skills
