Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate inventory of all software assets, including licenses, versions, and installations.
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
Collaborate with IT, procurement, and legal teams to optimize software usage and reduce costs.
Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks related to software compliance.
Provide training and support to staff on software asset management best practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in software licensing.

Required
5+ years Flexera Platform Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software asset management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of software licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in software asset management tools (Flexera/ServiceNow) and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSAM, ITIL) are a plus.
