Responsibilities
Resume Screening : Review resumes to ensure candidates meet role requirements and align with NORY’s values.
Conducting Interviews : Lead phone and virtual interviews, using a friendly and thorough approach to evaluate candidates' fit for the team.
Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process, providing new hires with everything they need to succeed from day one.
Uphold NORY’s Core Values : Maintain a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach, embodying our commitment to empathy, purposefulness, and data-driven decisions.

Required
Recruitment Experience or Educational Background: Experience in recruiting, especially in education or similar environments, is essential.
Excellent Communication Skills: You’re comfortable conducting interviews and know how to ask thoughtful, meaningful questions to uncover candidates’ strengths and fit for our camp culture.
Professionalism and Detail-Oriented Mindset: Ability to manage multiple candidates and steps in the recruitment process with meticulous attention to detail.
