Strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, EHS ect.
SDLC practices
Leading multiple, disparate projects
Knowledge/experience in facilitating Agile teams
Ability to operate in a hybrid agile and traditional project management role
Effective liaison between business and technical teams
Strong facilitation skills
Ability to re-prioritize work based on changing business priorities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to present to client-side senior level management
