Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
Provide expert-level guidance on product functionality, technical configurations, and best practices.
Conduct regular health checks and performance reviews for client implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with support and development teams.
Drive customer success by ensuring product adoption and optimal usage.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve customer goals and business growth.
Oversee and manage the successful implementation of technical projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Deliver technical training sessions to empower clients to utilize our products effectively.
Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Act as the voice of the customer, relaying insights and feedback to internal teams for product enhancements.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or a related technical role.
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts is a plus.
Strong understanding of [relevant technologies, e.g., cloud platforms, networking, SaaS, APIs, etc.].
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
