Responsibilities

Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies for TRON DAO’s visual identity across marketing campaigns, events, social media, and partnerships.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with TRON DAO's brand guidelines and enhances the overall brand identity.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.

Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, artists, and content creators to produce innovative and engaging designs.

Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, art movements, and design technologies to keep TRON DAO’s visual content fresh and relevant.

Creative Development: Conceptualize and oversee the production of various assets, including illustrations, animations, videos, and other multimedia content.

Event Support: Create visual materials for TRON’s global events, from branding to promotional designs and on-site installations.

Content Curation: Work closely with the marketing team to curate and select art for social media, website, and marketing collateral.

Required

3-4 years of experience in an art direction or management role, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual projects, from digital to physical media.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Experience with animation, video editing, or 3D modeling is a plus.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

A creative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual design.
