Responsibilities

Manage the intake process, including setting up article details, SKUs, and size information for third-party products.

Create and maintain POs, ensuring accurate and timely communication with vendors.

Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, handling email correspondence to ensure seamless operations and asset tracking.

Assist in planning functions such as tracking and verifying the PO process, ensuring all communication is sent in a timely and accurate manner.

Work closely with the merchant team (75% focus) and planning team (25% focus) to meet business goals.

Leverage Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze and organize data efficiently.
