Responsibilities

Document business processes in a simple, clear concise manner.
Gather and document business requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria in a clear and concise manner.
Analyze, verify, and prioritize requirements to ensure completeness, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
Decompose high-level requirements into functional specifications and visual models such as diagrams or prototypes.
Facilitate communication and understanding of requirements among team members.
Prepare and execute UAT test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Manage requirement changes using effective change control processes and tools.
Follow Agile/Kanban practices using JIRA and Confluence.
Identify opportunities to reuse requirements across projects to enhance efficiency.

Required

Gather and document business requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria in a clear and concise manner.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, directly for an employer, without sponsorship now or anytime in the future.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
1–2 years of work experience in business analysis, with a focus on health and accidental claims processes.
College projects or internships related to automation or process improvement are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
Familiarity with requirements/change management, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
Experience working with onshore/offshore teams is a bonus.
Understanding of Accident & Health Claims processes is highly desirable.
