Responsibilities
Develops and executes a comprehensive content marketing strategy and calendar that aligns with the company's goals and prioritized themes and acts as a champion for message consistency across all content channels.
Delivers high quality content from concept to production to placement
Translates the strategic business plan and marketing plans into a cohesive content strategy to enable the business.
Works with and understands how to amplify content through different digital channels
Work closely with brand strategy on brand storytelling and ensures all content maps to the organizations brand voice and tone.
Thinks about user experience and usability, accessibility, writing for the web, and meeting user needs with content
Maps content to the Entrusts buyers journeys and recommends areas to streamline and/or augment.
Monitors content performance and leverage analytics tools to track key metrics, optimize content, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines in all content produced.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing
Define success metrics and own KPIs for the content team.
Work collaboratively with internal teams providing feedback and insight that help the team deliver on campaigns objectives that are compelling and exceeds targets.
Stakeholder management and relationship building - internally and externally
Provides leadership and mentorship to other marketing team members to educate on content strategies and buyer journeys
People management – lead, manage, train and mentor team members
Identifies opportunities to repackage and leverage existing content to engage existing customers

Required
8+ years’ experience as a marketing Strategist, or content Manager with proven experience leading content programs.
B2B content marketing experience
Strong analytic, communications and problem-solving skills
A track-record of delivering sound strategies to meet content objectives
Ability to work collaboratively across both internal and external partners
Proven leadership qualities, including informing, educating, and inspiring a team to meet expectations
Detailed oriented and excellent writing, analytic and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, strong influencing skills and relationship-building skills
Devoted to building a culture of diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect
Education in Marketing, Communications, or Business background.
Preferred
10+ years’ experience as a marketing Strategist, or content director with proven experience leading content programs.
B2B content marketing experience
Strong analytic, communications and problem-solving skills

Experience in cybersecurity an asset.
Education in Marketing, Communications, or Business background.
