Responsibilities
Partner with Directors and leads to define milestone & release goals which you will co-own
Drive the planning effort for your assigned game area by breaking down work and building schedules that accomplish the goals
Create alignment between stakeholders, and hold them accountable to decisions and goals
Own and manage team backlogs
Drive decision making, and deliverables
Manage your assigned team’s day-to-day activities by
Prioritizing and assigning tasks to the appropriate people
Leading critical team rituals
Identifying and removing roadblocks
Keeping team mobilized and focused on goals, and quality
Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines, and resource allocation
Help build and operate a team that consists of a mix of internal devs and codev partners
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables
Foster an environment conducive to creativity
