Responsibilities
Develop system-level software requirements and architectural design
Develop algorithms for image analysis
Develop GUI for internal users as well as for customers
Collaborate with R&D teams to test and debug software
Communicate with development partners/consultants

Required
B.S./M.S./Ph.D. degree in computer science or closely related field.
Minimum five (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer or related field
Must have experience with image analysis tools, methodologies, and/or algorithms
Familiarity with one or more scripting/programming languages/Application Development platforms/tools such as C#, C++, Java, Python, .Net, Qt
Highly motivated individual with a great work ethic.
Good communication skills and team player.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented.
Preferred
Familiarity with biotechnology instrumentation is preferred.
GPU computing and machine learning experience is preferred.
