Responsibilities
Communicates quarterly marketing programs with Alliance Directors and Strategic Partners; acting as the SME for partner engagement and co-marketing at C1
Collaborates with Field Marketing team members to identify partner sponsors for field activity
Maintains quarterly marketing plans, by partner, of marketing investments and activity sponsorships; track partner investments
Provides support in the development of presentations and reports of partner activity, investments, and results
Acts as the primary point of contact for routing C1 generated content, press releases, and case study materials to strategic partners for review/approval
Creates a partner speaking bureau for C1 marketing usage for training, enablement, and events that promotes strategic partner content
Supervises the submission of Co-Op/MDF activity/claims in partner portals and funding recognition by C1 Finance

Required
12+ years partner marketing experience working in technology
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
Proficient understanding of demand generation tactics and ability to articulate value proposition in an effort to influence key stakeholders in the commitment of joint go-to-market activity
Experience managing programs/projects across cross-functional and virtual teams
Ability to navigate complex organizations and connect the right people within each organization
Competent to make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan with limited guidance
Adept project management and analytical skills
Highly organized and self-sufficient, successful with limited direction, positive and enthusiastic
Preferred
Experience in B2B marketing
2-3 years in a Team Lead or Supervisory role
