Responsibilities
Attend calls and meetings with clients and the internal team to review, refine, configure, and set up campaign messages
Ensure messages are at an appropriate readability level for target populations
Support the roll-out of new campaigns in HealConnect
Analyze incoming messages for trends to improve message categorization
Refine the response tree based on member messages
Support Customer Success Manager with reports

Required
A bachelor's degree in Public Health or Sciences
1- 3 years of professional experience in Healthcare Domain
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with clients
Good data analysis and inference skills
Experience with analytical tools
Experience in using MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent problem-solving skills
