Responsibilities
Must be comfortable with, and capable of, communicating project specifics with client leadership, Kikoda leadership, and development team members. Must be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Provide strong technical direction, set clear expectations, and promote best practices with the development team to achieve optimal performance and results.
Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate product requirements into scalable and innovative technical solutions.
Lead by example through hands-on coding and problem-solving. Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code as needed, contributing to the development process.
Work with and grow an AWS infrastructure, using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines, to ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
