Responsibilities
Manage client accounts of medium impact and complexity
Provide education and consultation to clients regarding standards, regulations, and the audit process
Handle requests for new product certifications and offer maintenance and revision services for existing clients and certified products
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements
Manage and maintain documentation and database systems for assigned clients and products
Meet turnaround times, revenue targets, and project management metrics as assigned
Identify and develop opportunities to grow the business within assigned client accounts

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
1-5 years of relevant account management or customer service experience
Ability to work independently while also being team oriented
Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills, and a strong attention to detail
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to mentor others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and multiple software applications
Preferred
Experience with IATF, Aerospace and/or Medical Device standards is a plus
