Responsibilities
Lead the planning and requirements gathering phases, including estimating, architecting, and managing projects.
Deliver innovative solutions by applying HCD (human-centered design) principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct robust HCD sessions, utilizing comprehensive HCD methodologies to ensure a deep understanding of user needs and requirements, and effectively guiding project teams in human-centered design practices.
Evaluate user requests for business process automation within the Court Management System to determine feasibility, ensuring solutions meet user needs and enhance customer experience.
Facilitate and lead interactive sessions with federal customers to define needs and gather feedback, integrating insights into project specifications.
Lead requirements gathering, participate in team design meetings, and daily scrum meetings.
Work closely with development teams and lead program office-focused meetings, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting major IT Court Management System projects.
Proven experience in HCD (human-centered design) approaches, with the ability to lead robust HCD sessions that engage and empower customers, producing actionable user insights and driving user-focused solutions.
Proficient in JIRA and MS Visio for project documentation and workflow mapping.
Human-Centered Design (HCD): 2 years (Required)
