Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to large-scale HR initiatives.
Design and deliver engaging, high-impact training materials, job aids, and workshops for SAP SuccessFactors and other HR processes.
Collaborate with senior HR leaders and stakeholders to align change initiatives with business goals and ensure successful implementation.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive awareness, readiness, and adoption of new processes and systems.
Monitor, analyze, and report on change readiness and adoption metrics to optimize outcomes.

Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in change management and training roles, preferably within large, multi-billion-dollar organizations.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is required.
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
