Responsibilities
Communicating daily via phone and email with Pittsburgh Cultural Trust subscribers, donors, single-ticket buyers, and visitors to the Cultural District
Processing Cultural Trust and Cultural District subscriptions, and single tickets via phone, mail, and internet as needed
Working independently and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Talking on the phone, sitting, and working on a computer for extended periods of time

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service and/or ticketing industry
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to retain a lot of information
Ability to talk on the phone
Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods of time
Preferred
Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management database
