Responsibilities

Engage with the customer community through workshops, live sessions, and curated resources.
Collaborate with learning teams to create content and share resources tailored for fashion brands.
Use analytics to inform recommendations, uncover opportunities, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Regularly review performance with clients to optimize strategies.

Required

5+ years in the fashion/apparel industry, ideally in influencer marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
Expertise in influencer marketing, including emerging trends and key metrics.
Strong presentation and communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
Ability to analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights.
Customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of fashion and apparel industry dynamics, including consumer behavior, key players, and social media platforms.
Passion for the fashion and apparel space and influencer-driven marketing.
Collaborative approach, prioritizing team and customer success.
Proactive problem solver with a customer-first attitude.
