Responsibilities
Partners with Regional Leadership/Sales Ops/Cross Functional Marketing teams to develop, communicate, and execute regional marketing programs that create new opportunities, engage prospects, and advance pipeline opportunities to support revenue growth
Defines the goals of each program, manages the budget and timeline, develops demand generation strategy, outlines roles and responsibilities across all stakeholders, and oversees a variety of vendors and venue partners to ensure all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality customer experience
Provides detailed and clear ROI reports on events and activities associated with executed programs
Acts as the primary marketing resource for regional sales and sales engineering teams
Communicates corporate & regional marketing updates on weekly/monthly sales team calls; serves as the marketing department lead for assigned region(s)/segment(s)

Required
6+ years of demand generation, field marketing, and/or event marketing experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and strategic partners
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally
Strong planning, organizational, time management skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM, campaign tracking, and metrics reporting
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, event management or related areas
Copywriting experience
Project management experience
HubSpot and Graphic Design platform experience a plus-Adobe, Canva
