Responsibilities
Content Creation and Campaign Management
Manage content creation for blog posts, email campaigns, webinars, and podcasts to enhance thought leadership and drive traffic.
Coordinate the creation of case studies and video content to highlight coaching successes and workplace solutions.
Optimize website SEO to improve online visibility and generate qualified leads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR, and executive leadership, to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members or interns.
Organize webinars, workshops, and other virtual events to engage clients and prospects.
Support the coordination of speaking engagements or conferences featuring Coaching Season leadership.
Create client testimonials and success stories.
Collaborate with partners to design and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events.
Create joint marketing materials and campaigns to promote mutual benefits and drive audience engagement.
Manage partnership agreements, including tracking performance metrics and ROI to evaluate the success of collaborative initiatives.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers, nurture leads, and increase retention rates.
Design and execute email sequences for onboarding, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and event invitations.
Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to ensure targeted, effective communication.
Track and analyze email marketing performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to improve ROI.
Ensure emails align with brand guidelines and voice to create a cohesive customer experience.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, ROI, and future strategy recommendations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing management or a similar role, preferably in coaching, consulting, or wellness industries.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Webflow, SEO tools, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and meeting KPIs.
Knowledge of branding and content marketing best practices.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
