Responsibilities
Monitors and manipulates the operation of routine tasks and events associated with application management on various computing platforms by modifying existing programming systems by following standard operating procedures (SOPS).
These tasks include, but are not limited to, gathering requirements from users, interpreting specifications by reviewing, analyzing, encoding, testing, debugging and installing business application code designed and written to enhance existing business applications.
Serves as first level support of non-routine and major events and incidents in the application management environment by identifying, evaluating, and troubleshooting these events, often taking action based on experience and judgment.
Responds to telephone calls and email requests for application support.
Maintains sops for the IT application development process.
Coordinates with other IT staff as needed.
Provides management reports on the IT application process as needed.
Able to perform most phases of application management but may require instruction and guidance for some phases.
Safeguards physical access to Exchange restricted data, processes and services.

Required
Four years of experience in computer programming.
Complete IT professional certification or training program in programming/development in computer science.
Bachelor's degree in information technology and two years of experience in computer programming.
4+ years of software application design and development experience, with a minimum of 1 year with low code tools.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education, industry certifications and relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with focus on Power Apps, Power-automate and other equivalent low code platforms.
Ability to diagnose application issues and to decide what can be done with low code instead of traditional coding (80/20 rule).
Understanding of application security with general understanding of current security threats.
Demonstrated ability to learn and acquire new technologies.
Ability to analyze and creatively solve complex technical problems.
Ability to work in a group setting and independently.

Work Schedule – Remote Work Authorized (Must reside within the continental United States)
