Responsibilities
Guide customers through onboarding, integration, and product adoption
Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing product support
Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals
Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Required
5+ years in customer success, account management, or technical support
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and threat intelligence
High quality customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred
SaaS or cybersecurity experience
Early stage or startup experience, building a CSM function from the ground up
