Responsibilities
Aggressively Drive Sales Growth: Focus on fasteners, hardware, and components within vertical markets such as Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, and Distribution Industries.
Retain and Grow Established Accounts: Provide exceptional service and support while nurturing and developing new business opportunities.
Continually Hunt, Qualify, and Close Opportunities: Utilize strategic sales processes to drive growth, customer retention, market penetration, and profitability.
Utilize CRM System/Sales Funnel Tools: Effectively manage your sales pipeline and ensure accurate follow-ups.
Perform Daily Business Follow-Up: Drive closure for both existing and new business through consistent follow-up activities.
Shop the Market: When critical gaps in the supply chain arise, identify available inventories and process buy requests efficiently.
Understand Customer Approved Supplier Lists: Ensure alignment with internal systems for seamless operations.
Collaborate on Negotiations: Facilitate and negotiate pricing and terms for long-term agreements.

Required
Proven Sales Achiever: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of exceeding targets in aerospace or industrial distribution.
Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of the aerospace hardware market and familiarity with key OEMs and industry dynamics.
Performance Analyst: Skilled in analyzing actual sales versus quotas, with the ability to report on and optimize performance metrics.
Lead Generation Specialist: Expertise in effective lead generation strategies tailored for the Aerospace and Industrial Distribution sectors.
Quality Standards Knowledgeable: Familiar with AS9102/AS9103 series and other relevant quality certifications.
Travel-Ready: Willing to travel up to 75%, including potential international trips. A valid passport and/or visa may be required based on destination.
