Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 12 years' of experience in enterprise software sales
Minimum of 8 years' in a sales management role
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams
Deep understanding of the Americas and NA East market
Ability to make strategic resource allocation decisions to drive growth
Strong financial and budgetary skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication skills
Project management skills
Leadership skills
Located in the US East Coast region
