Responsibilities
Build relationships with technical buyers, including CTOs, Analytics Directors, and CMOs, to understand their challenges and position our CDP as the solution.
Qualify and manage leads from inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet revenue targets and company goals.
Identify, document, and address customer pain points through consultative engagements that directly align to Amperity’s solution value through tailored demos and presentations.
Work closely with our Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product and Client Services teams to align on messaging and ensure a seamless sales motion for all opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform your sales strategy and conversations with prospects.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Required
4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or a related tech industry.
Proven success in selling to technical or data-driven audiences.
Strong understanding of the CDP space or related fields such as data analytics, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
A self-starter with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
