Responsibilities
Own the executional aspect - campaign setup, pacing, optimization, creative rotation, etc. - of social & programmatic channel campaigns
Analyze campaign performance, creative performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for performance improvement at a weekly and monthly cadence
Execute structured tests around creatives, audiences, and bid strategies
Blend creativity and analytical skills with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving and campaign management
Work with ad platform vendors to drive campaign performance and ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest ad technology
Partner with Marketing Analytics and Product teams to troubleshoot technical bugs or develop performance monitoring, reporting, or tracking needs
Juggle multiple projects and prioritize time while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization without structured processes in place

Required
1-3 years of experience in digital campaign execution
Strong understanding of major social & programmatic platform algorithms, ad products, and optimization levers
Intermediate Excel skills required (vlookups, pivot tables)
Ability to deeply analyze data and tell a story in weekly campaign performance reporting and monthly creative performance reporting
A relentless desire to monitor and optimize to performance objectives
Ability to thrive in gray area and independently chart a course for execution
A go-getting attitude who is passionate about driving business results and working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills is required
Preferred
Experience in Meta and/or TikTok platforms is a strong bonus
Experience in Google Ads, The Trade Desk, DV360, and/or other major programmatic platforms is a strong bonus
