Responsibilities

Manage and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, leveraging tools like Sales Navigator and Sales Flow to target and connect with high-value leads.
Write and post engaging LinkedIn content that resonates with Valerian’s audience, aligned with our CEO’s voice and business goals.
Develop and refine strategies to generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and (occasionally) other social platforms.
Use HubSpot and Apollo to track outreach, follow-ups, and lead status, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Test new approaches to outreach and content, learning and adapting quickly to what works best.
Foster relationships with potential prospects through social media and email.

You know how to engage prospects on LinkedIn, build rapport, and convert connections into meaningful conversations.
You have a knack for creating compelling posts, messages, and campaigns that drive engagement.
You’ve worked in professional services, tech-adjacent industries, or SaaS and understand how to navigate these spaces.
You’re proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Flow, HubSpot, and Apollo—and you’re not afraid to dive into new tools.
You thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments, and you’re ready to put in the extra hours when needed.
You’re a problem-solver who’s willing to pivot, experiment, and do whatever it takes to drive results.
