Responsibilities

Help prepare monthly financial statements, by reconciling balance sheet accounts and booking month-end close entries

Prepare various prepaid and accrual entries.

Fixed asset processing and reporting.

Process payables and receivables.

Prepare daily cash report and month-end cash reconciliation.

Provide various balance sheet schedules, roll forwards, and testing sample support.

Support Director of Finance and CFO with other projects, including reporting, system upgrades and other department initiatives.

Participate in objectives and key results (OKR) annual goal setting process personally and departmentally.

Other responsibilities assigned as needed.

Required

Intermediate Excel skills are required.

High degree of accuracy & attention to detail in daily work and other projects.

Ability to meet communicated schedules & deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Familiarity with accounting principles.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.

Minimum four (2) years of recent accounting experience.

Preferred

Auditing & month-end close experience is preferred.
