Responsibilities

Conduct interviews by telephone and accurately enter responses to survey questions into the survey system

Follow survey research procedures and guidelines to obtain high quality information

Follow guidelines to persuade reluctant respondents to take the survey over the phone

Maintain confidentiality of respondent information according to HIPAA, University, and the Office of Survey Research guidelines

Participate in quality assurance processes for all tasks

Participate in on-the-job training and the support of other staff members as directed

Comply with established University and the Office of Survey Research policies and procedures

Perform other duties as required

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

0-6 months prior experience necessary

Since this is remote work, must have a quiet space to work in with WiFi connectivity so that the confidentiality of the survey information can be maintained

Clear speaking voice

Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English

Excellent communication skills

Good typing skills

Must be available to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
