Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive sales and maximize ROI.
Keyword Strategy: Develop and implement effective keyword strategies to improve campaign performance and product visibility.
Bid Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust bids based on performance data, ensuring efficient use of budget and meeting sales targets.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics such as ACoS, CTR, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, keywords, and other campaign elements to refine strategies and boost results.
Budget Management: Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Director of Amazon Marketing and other stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and content teams to ensure that all Amazon campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and brand messaging.

Required
7+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns, preferably within the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
2+ years of direct people management experience.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and Amazon’s advertising platform, with hands-on experience managing large-scale campaigns.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
