Responsibilities

Complete, assure and facilitate updates to monthly/quarterly forecast reporting.

Lead company in performing Identification, understanding and communicating spectrum of relevant information managed.

Design and develop ad hoc reporting, as needed, and lead and participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Respond to inquiries of management, outside departments and auditors in a timely, professional and accurate manner.

Assign and perform complex account reconciliations and journal entries that comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Review and analyze monthly departmental reports and approve prepared month end close notes to identify trends and correct discrepancies.

Planning, forecasting and comparison of financial/accounting activity.

Preparation, consolidation, analysis and documentation of accounting information and financial data used to summarize and measure and report on the status of the business in key and relevant accounting areas.
