Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the divestiture project.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements within JDE and BAAN ERP systems.
Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather input from cross-functional teams.
Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making during the project lifecycle.
Maintain effective communication with EMEA stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and progress reporting.

Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record of driving ERP-related requirements.
Hands-on experience with JDE (JD Edwards) or BAAN ERP systems is strongly preferred.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with international stakeholders.
Flexibility to align with EMEA working hours (starting at 6:00–6:30 AM EST).
