Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with KIIT's long-term vision in coordination with subsidiaries and stakeholders.
Oversee the development and implementation of annual business plans, including financial, operational, and strategic goals.
Serve as the leader of KIIT’s directly managed subsidiaries, ensuring corporate strategies align with the broader organizational goals.
Maintain high standards of governance and compliance, managing legal matters, risk mitigation, and organizational policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including the KIIT Board, shareholders, subsidiary leadership, community, and external partners.
Act as the primary liaison between KIIT and its shareholders, ensuring that strategic priorities are communicated and aligned with stakeholder needs.
Manage communications strategy, fostering partnerships, representing KIIT in public forums, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all subsidiaries.
Exercise oversight over KIIT operations, including corporate staff and subsidiaries, ensuring effective performance and proper risk management.
Work closely with staff and the board of directors to monitor business performance, assess key operational metrics, and drive improvements across the portfolio.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, providing reports on financial performance, strategic initiatives, and operational updates.
Ensure transparency, accountability, and effective communication of key performance indicators (KPIs) to the board, stakeholders, and community.
Support the financial planning and management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation for KIIT and its subsidiaries.
Become keenly aware of internal and macroeconomic financial trends and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and business growth.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiency, and resource reallocation within the organization.
Lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of staff and subsidiary leadership, as needed.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across the organization, ensuring a solid commitment to both organizational goals and community values.
Mentor and coach staff, guiding them and helping them succeed and grow.
Lead the development of talent pipelines and succession planning, ensuring leadership continuity across the portfolio.

Required
High emotional intelligence, resilience, patience, and a collaborative leadership style capable of navigating diverse perspectives.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, public administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10 years of leadership experience in a management role.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage complex operations, and drive strategic growth within a portfolio-based organization.
Experience in corporate strategy development, financial oversight, and portfolio management.
Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and resource optimization.
Expertise in managing relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including boards, investors, and community leaders.
Proven ability to oversee complex projects and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards.
Preferred
MBA preferred.
