Responsibilities

Provide excellent client support through telephone and email, returning both client and internal calls, emails, and inquiries with urgency

Perform root cause analysis to completion and resolution

Monitor network performance and integrity

Perform automation and scripting

Maintain comprehensive notes in ConnectWise and update cases as needed until resolved

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and billable/utilization hours

Continually identify and propose new ideas for improving department effectiveness

Onboard and offboard clients

Skilled communicator on all levels and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.

Meticulous attention to detail shown through timekeeping, documentation, and execution of the technical work.

Provide excellent client support through telephone and email, returning both client and internal calls, emails, and inquiries with urgency.

Troubleshooting skills in some or all of the following technologies: Backup and disaster recovery, AV solutions, Spam solutions, Patching solutions, DNS, SSL-Certs, DRaaS, FWaaS, Windows Server, Office 365, Multisite/stretched datacenter environments, MSP applications like ConnectWise, N-Able, and IT Glue.
