Responsibilities

Oversee time recording and resource demands for project/program teams, ensuring accuracy and meaningful reporting.
Provide full project and resourcing support for selected projects and programs.
Coordinate and maintain timely, accurate, and effectively communicated Management Information (MI).
Ensure compliance with defined project governance controls and recording standards.
Support financial and resource planning and management for projects and programs.
Assist in planning governance tasks, including project plans, risk/issue logs, and other key documentation.
Develop and maintain resource model estimates and track/forecast resource movements and spending.
Coordinate and, when needed, lead forums, boards, and meetings in support of project/program managers.
Train and support colleagues on processes and tools.
Collaborate with team members to support headcount and PCN management programs.
Review requisitions in SharePoint, perform quality control checks, and ensure alignment with the role and job architecture.
Work on policy and procedure document updates.
Conduct data audits and resolve audit-related issues.
Answer process-related questions and provide general support for hiring procedures.
Partner with admins and team members to maintain accurate data and provide support for ongoing processes.

Required

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, program coordination, or related fields.
Advanced Excel expertise (e.g., data modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Power BI proficiency.
Experience with SharePoint for quality control and data management.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, global team environment.
Flexible and able to manage ambiguity effectively.
Minimum 8 years of experience in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets.
Minimum 8 years of experience in creating and managing visual reports.
Minimum 8 years of advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.

Preferred

Experience in large organizations (e.g., MSFT) is a plus but not required.
