Responsibilities

Convert 2D AutoCAD landscape designs into immersive 3D environments.

Develop photorealistic models and materials using Unreal Engine, 3DS Max, and similar software.

Create and refine realistic surface textures, lighting, and environmental elements.

Produce high-quality video walkthroughs showcasing proposed backyard designs.

Collaborate with designers to ensure project accuracy and visual excellence.

Implement revisions efficiently based on feedback.

Ability to constantly grow in your self-taught ability to create hyper-realistic environments.

Candidates must be able to work independently, take direction from supervisors, and work well in a team atmosphere.

Required

Proven experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation for architectural or similar projects.

Expertise in Unreal Engine, 3DS Max, and related 3D visualization software.

Strong understanding of texture creation, lighting, and environmental realism.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into compelling 3D visuals.

Strong attention to detail and artistic sensibility.

Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members.

A degree in 3D Design or similar is preferred.

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant 3D animation design projects, including hyper-realistic renderings, material creation, and 3D architectural animation.
