Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to support the onshore GR Death Claims operation team by taking calls from via the 800 line
Review claim cases according to guidelines to ensure proper compliance and processing requirements are met
Analyze problem cases and decide on the best approach for resolution
Prompt and accurate dissemination of information
