Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales across an assigned half of the United States.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with national accounts, wine and spirit distributors, and beer distributors.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for Caravella’s unique portfolio.
Implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets for assigned territories and key accounts.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and insights to leadership.
Represent Caravella at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and foster new relationships.
Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Required

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on national accounts and distributor management in the wine, spirits, or beer industry.
Established relationships with wine and spirits distributors, national accounts, and preferably beer distributors.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving ambitious targets.
A hunter mentality with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate and maintain trust with partners and clients.
Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial/start-up environment; ability to thrive with autonomy and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
