Responsibilities

Create high-fidelity and low-fidelity wireframes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

Conduct user research and apply insights to inform design decisions, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and provides a seamless experience.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand project goals, and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.

Quickly produce wireframes and prototypes to explore design solutions and iterate based on feedback.

Transform wireframes into visually compelling, high-fidelity mockups that align with the project’s vision and objectives.

Regularly gather and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet project requirements.

Required

Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in using Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Familiarity with other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is a plus.

Creativity and Innovation: A strong creative vision with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative design solutions.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Experience in Telemedical Health: Familiarity with the telemedical health industry is a bonus, helping to create user experiences that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients.

Experience in User Research: Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and apply findings to improve design outcomes.

Familiarity with Design Systems: Experience in working with or creating design systems to maintain consistency across products.
